Fredrick Gallery "Breeder's Cup" Show

I signed my first 'gallery' contract on September 20th, 2007 at Fredrick Gallery in Allenhurst! It was very exciting since I'd only shown in non-profit spaces (such as the guild) before that!

Heres a picture from the opening. They accepted 4 of my paintings of which a small one (9x12, Walking ring I) sold!! You can see two others hanging on the wall behind me.

2007 Spring/Summer Paintings

Havent posted anything in a while! Here are some paintings that were done in 2007 - dont want to call them latest since some of them are from summer!
"Red 'dream' boat" depicts the Fair Haven boat yard in Fair Haven, NJ.

This painting "Amidst Roses and Cherubs" was done at the Rumson Garden tour in summer on Judy Stach's patio - was a lot of fun with some pressure since there were a lot of people who were going thru the tour - one lady started admiring this chair & actually picked up the cushions and started looking for the tag totally oblivious to the fact that I was painting this very chair!

"Navesink Country Club golf course" was painted in the Spring in two painting sessions spread across 2 weeks - the spring blossoms had disappeared when I went back the following week! Luckily I had reference pictures.
